Request for Availability

Please contact us by email, fax, and telephone or by filling out our online booking request. We need your personal contact details, the exact and alternative arrival / departure dates – when possible, arrival / departure port, yacht type, number of passengers and additional requests, if any.

Charter Start: Saturday / Charter End: Saturday.

Options

Options have maximum seven (7) day duration and are given upon request. There are automatically cancelled after the seven (7) day period, if booking is not confirmed.

Please note: The duration of the option during the high season or a few days before the start of every charter (last minute request), is maximum three (3) days.

Bookings

After a booking is confirmed, we will contact you to inform you with your charter code that can be used for future correspondence. We will require your full personal details (passport number, etc…)

Contracts & Necessary Documents

After your confirmation, we email you the following:

• Charter Code Number
• Charter Party agreement (pages 2)
• Departure and return Base information with useful tips
• Crew list to be completed with your information
• Declaration form for co-skipper to be filled out.

Please mail back to us:

• The Charter Party docs signed by you
• The crew list filled in with all details
• Copies of the skipper’s and co-skipper’s Certificate or 1 certificate and the declaration form filled in and signed by one crew member who has sailing experience.

Payments

Upon confirmation, please transfer your deposit payment 50% of the total charter fee within 15 days. The balance of the total charter fee should be paid four weeks before embarkation.

Please note that the payment should be made by bank transfer.

We require a copy of the payment receipt, with the charter code.

Cancellation Policy

Kekeris Yachts will apply cancellations as follows:

Terms of cancellation policy:

• Between 90 – 60 days before embarkation, 30% to the total charter fee.
• Between 60 – 30 days before embarkation, 50% to the total charter fee.
• Less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% to the total charter fee.

Kekeris Yachts is pledged to return cancellation fee, in case that the yacht under cancellation is re-chartered under the same terms and conditions.

Arrival Details

Two (2) weeks before embarkation, please send us:

• Number of passengers,
• Flight number and estimated time of arrival (local time)
• Provision list (if any).
• Transfers (if any).

Embarkation / Disembarkation

Embarkation Time: 17:00 hr./Saturday

Disembarkation Time: 09:00 hr./Saturday

***Yacht should be returned at the base a day before the end of the charter (before sunset)***

Briefing / Check-in

Upon your arrival at the departure base, you should proceed to the meeting point for the briefing, as informed. You will sign five (5) copies of the Charter Agreement and all the finance tendencies will be settled. Please note that, Skipper and co-Skipper should have the originals sailing licenses with them. When the briefing is over, you will be guided to the yacht, for the Check-in procedure.

Late Arrivals

For arrivals after 19:00, we strongly recommend to arrange a transfer service from the arrival airport directly to the yacht. Check In procedures take place until sunset. If your arrival is later than this, you will board on your own. Check-in procedures will take place the following morning.

End - Cleaning (obligatory)

The end cleaning is charged extra and is payable in cash upon embarkation.

Payments of Refundable Security Deposit

The Refundable Security Deposit should be paid at the base prior to yacht embarkation by one of the following manners:

• by Cash or
• by Credit Card (acceptable VISA & MASTER CARD)
