Charters commence on Saturday afternoon (17:00 hours) and end on Saturday morning (09:00 hours). It is highly recommended to return to your destination harbour on the Friday evening before sundown and spend your last night there. Normally, your yacht will be ready for embarkation and check-in procedure at 17:00 on the Saturday. Some hours are required during the day to prepare the yacht for your charter. We always however do our best to deliver the yacht to our clients earlier than the above mentioned time. In case your arrival is earlier than the boarding time, a short visit in town or a drink at the cafes around the marina is our recommendation. Your luggage in the meantime can remain safely with our staff. You are kindly requested to avoid "semi-embarkation" during the preparation of the yacht. During inspection of the yacht and checking of the itinerary with our boat managers, please feel free to ask for more information regarding your yacht or sailing itinerary. It is our please to make orientation as thorough as possible as our most important aim is for you to have enjoyable and safe sailing holiday. Please remember the yacht is to be redelivered at 09:00 the morning the charter ends, clean and full with water and fuel. QualificationsIn accordance to Greek regulations, two qualified skippers must be on board, for the security of the crew and the yacht. However we can accept one license of the skipper and one signed declaration of the co-skipper attesting to their sailing and navigational capability. Please send us photocopies of your licenses together with the signed contracts and remember to bring the originals with you. They will be necessary for departure clearance. Also necessary will be your original charter contract. In case no crew member has sailing qualifications or necessary experience, a professional skipper can be provided who will have responsibility for the yacht.
